Great for improving mobility and flexibility which is its primary function. I also use it for relaxing once my 2 year old has gone to sleep. I've been using it for around 8 months on and off and seen some improvements and reduced stiffness. New exercises have been added in that time to keep you on your toes. 100% recommend and a bargain.

Fantastic app, really great concept of being able to measure initial mobility and track progress. The daily routine it gives you is programmed to the most weak aspect from your first test. The instructions for each movement are pretty good, I'd probably want a little more detail on some of them. Scaling sometimes just says 'reduce range' which isn't always helpful but the stimulus tab is brilliant for informing what you should be feeling during the movement/stretch.

After about 5 weeks of daily sessions, I did the monthly test again and I saw huge improvements in most areas. I like that I don't have to build my own program. It removes the guesswork. Going through the daily session feels relaxing instead of stressing about not doing the right thing for me. I also like that it's rotating stretches. In the past, I had issues with my sciatic nerve when doing the same stretch every day. The price of the subscription is fair and totally worth it in my opinion.
