HYROX Youngstars combines running with functional fitness exercises in a fixed sequence, mirroring the structure of the adult HYROX race while modifying distances, loads, and movements to suit younger athletes. A child's age on race day determines their category.

Athletes registered for HYROX Youngstars Berlin also receive access to the full GilletteLabs HYROX Berlin event on both Saturday and Sunday as part of their race package.

HYROX Youngstars Berlin has dedicated on-site arrangements tailored for younger athletes and their families.

There is no bag drop at this event. Changing room arrangements are to be confirmed closer to the event.

All athletes will participate in a mandatory 25-minute warm-up led by warm-up staff using pre-recorded instructional videos. Children must arrive at the warm-up area at their assigned start time. This start time is their check-in time for warm-up, not their race start time.

Parents and guardians are advised to arrive at the venue at least 60 minutes before the child's start time to allow sufficient time for registration, familiarisation with the course, and warm-up.

Participants can compete individually in the Open or Pro categories, team up in Doubles or Doubles Pro, or assemble a team of four to take on the Relay division.

The PUMA HYROX WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS STOCKHOLM take place from June 18 to June 21, 2026, bringing the pinnacle of HYROX racing back to Europe in Stockholm, Sweden.

Hosted at the Strawberry Arena, the World Championships represent the highest level of competition in the HYROX season. Across the 2025/26 season, more than 1,000,000 athletes worldwide will compete in HYROX events, with only the top 0.5% qualifying for an invitation to race for the title of HYROX World Champion.

The event brings together the very best athletes from around the globe across age group, Elite, and championship divisions, marking the culmination of the entire HYROX season. Qualification is earned through designated HYROX events worldwide, making a start line appearance a significant achievement in itself.

Parking and venue access

Parking tickets for HYROX Maastricht can be purchased in advance through the official event page. Venue doors open at 07:00 AM for all participants on each race day. Athletes with start times of 08:00, 08:10, or 08:20 AM should note they will not be able to enter the venue before 07:00 AM.

On-site facilities and athlete experience

A bag drop area is located next to the changing rooms. Small gym bags can be stored here with all items inside. Bags must be collected within one hour of finishing your race. HYROX is not responsible for lost bags left outside the bag drop area. Changing room and warm-up area details are to be confirmed closer to the event.

After racing, athletes are welcomed into the Finish Zone, where Red Bull and MyProtein provide post-race support. A Recovery Zone by Therabody is also available on site, offering professional recovery care following your race.

Parents and guardians are advised to arrive at the venue at least 60 minutes before the child's start time to allow sufficient time for registration, familiarisation with the course, and warm-up.

Parking and venue access

Parking details are to be confirmed closer to the event. Venue doors open at 07:00 AM for all participants on each race day. Athletes with start times of 08:00, 08:10, or 08:20 AM should note they will not be able to enter the venue before 07:00 AM.

On-site facilities and athlete experience

A bag drop area is located next to the changing rooms. Small gym bags can be stored here with all items inside. Bags must be collected within one hour of finishing your race. HYROX is not responsible for lost bags left outside the bag drop area. Changing room and warm-up area details are to be confirmed closer to the event.

After racing, athletes are welcomed into the Finish Zone, where Red Bull and MyProtein provide post-race support. A Recovery Zone by Therabody is also available on site, offering professional recovery care following your race.
