There is a Youngstars-only changing area, divided by gender. Lockers are not provided, but a supervised bag drop area is available near the changing rooms. Bags must be collected within one hour of the athlete finishing their race.
Athletes take part in a mandatory 20-minute guided warm-up, led by warm-up staff using pre-recorded videos. Children must arrive in the warm-up area at least 20 minutes before their individual start time.
Parents and guardians are advised to arrive at the venue 90 minutes before the child’s start time to allow sufficient time for registration, familiarisation with the course, and warm-up.

The PUMA HYROX WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS STOCKHOLM take place from June 18 to June 21, 2026, bringing the pinnacle of HYROX racing back to Europe in Stockholm, Sweden.
Hosted at the Strawberry Arena, the World Championships represent the highest level of competition in the HYROX season. Across the 2025/26 season, more than 1,000,000 athletes worldwide will compete in HYROX events, with only the top 0.5% qualifying for an invitation to race for the title of HYROX World Champion.
The event brings together the very best athletes from around the globe across age group, Elite, and championship divisions, marking the culmination of the entire HYROX season. Qualification is earned through designated HYROX events worldwide, making a start line appearance a significant achievement in itself.
