FAQ GOWOD Access

If you already have a GOWOD account:

  1. Enter the e-mail address associated with your GOWOD account.
  2. Enter your code (don’t forget the dashes).
  3. Confirm.

Note: If you already have an active GOWOD subscription, your code will extend its duration. To avoid future charges, remember to cancel your current subscription in the app’s settings.

If you don’t have a GOWOD account yet:

  1. When asked “Do you have a GOWOD account?”, select No.
  2. Create a new account.
  3. Enter your code (including the dashes).
  4. Confirm.
  5. Download the GOWOD app (iOS or Android).
  6. Log in with the same credentials you used to create your account.
  1. Enter the e-mail address associated with your GOWOD account.
  2. Enter your access code (including the dashes).
  3. Confirm.
  4. Cancel your current subscription in the app:
    • Open GOWOD > Profile > Settings > My Premium > Cancel.

Your code will then extend the remaining time on your existing subscription.

If you see this message, please contact our customer support at help@gowod.eu and provide:

  • The e-mail address of your GOWOD account
  • The access code in question
  1. Fully close the app, then reopen it.
  2. In Settings, verify that you’re logged in with the same e-mail used to redeem the code.
  3. If the issue persists, contact customer support at help@gowod.eu.
